When I first heard this, I cried.I purchased the CD and gave to my brother for Christmas,so he could use it at his daughter's wedding.She is only 15 now but I am planning ahead.

i was expecting a more of a testimony of his life, with his daughter, not just the lyrics of the song. i was a bit disappointed with this book. basically, it's just the lyrics of his song, put into the book.

I recommend this item for all daughters and daddies. The sentiment is so much greater, knowing of the loss of Maria Chapman, one of the daughters of the writer/performer. I bought this for my husband for Father's Day from our 2 year old "Cinderella". Both father and daughter love the song and the book is precious.
